3. Acceptance of Terms

4. Course Enrollment and Registration

Note: Providing false information during registration may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Course Fees

5.2 Payment Methods

Online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking.
Cash payments at our institute (receipt provided).

Installment schedule must be followed strictly.
Late payments may incur additional charges or course suspension.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before Course Start: 90% refund (10% processing fee)

Within 3 days of start: 50% refund

After 7 days: No refund

Course Change: Allowed within 7 days

Refund processing takes 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

No Refund Cases: If a student is dismissed for misconduct, or after course completion, no refund applies.

7. Student Code of Conduct

7.1 Expected Behavior

Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.
Maintain discipline during classes.
Complete assignments and projects on time.
Use institute resources responsibly.

7.2 Prohibited Behavior

Harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
Cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty.
Damaging institute property.
Recording classes without permission.

Violation of conduct rules may result in warning, suspension, or dismissal without refund.

All course materials, videos, PDFs, and content are owned by Smart's Computer.
Students may not copy, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
Course access is for personal use only.
Violation may result in legal action.
